Anna Maria Kubicka is a biological anthropologist working at the Poznań University of Life Sciences (Poland).

Her scientific interests focus on human evolution, with particular emphasis on the variation of skeletal asymmetry. She combines traditional methods, such as linear measurements, with geometric morphometrics on CT scans.

In addition, she works with pediatric orthopedists and implements an anthropological approach to the study of skeletal dysplasias. After working hours, you can meet her playing volleyball on the court or somewhere in the bosom of nature photographing reptiles and amphibians.
